In Person: after receiving a session
 

Once a session is booked, clients will receive a text message reminder the day before. Clients are expected to arrive within 5 minutes of their scheduled session start time. After a short intake to discuss client needs, goals, and the session plan, the hands-on portion of the session will commence. The hands-on portion is the duration scheduled, if a client is late then this portion may be reduced to accommodate other clients scheduled. After receiving a session, payment for the session will be collected.

Check (made out to "Judy Drown, LMT")

Card

*Tipping is accepted by any payment method and collected in the same transaction as session payment. Tipping is not expected or mandatory.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
 

At least 4 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. If you are unable to give 4 hours advance notice you will be charged $40 for your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to or at your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged $40 for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration for me and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
